Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

• Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Void Energy only accepts and fulfills orders within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and order size.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received
